I want to send along a special THANK YOU for faciliting our awesome team-building experience this past Monday at AZ on the Rocks!
The complete transformation from the comments I heard when I drove into the parking lot, "...we're going to a rock-climbing gym???" "...you have to be kidding me..." "...what does this have to do with our BLAST retreat??" to the serious attention to detail when climbing or doing team games, to the final comments after the session, "hey, that was really fun!" "I surprised myself with what I accomplished", I realize the value of the experience you mentioned. Our students barely knew each other at the beginning of the day, but by the end of the team building, via the communication, problem-solving and competition, they had truly bonded into a unit.
Please accept our sincere gratitude for Kevin's leadership and your efforts on our group's behalf!

You took charge and made sure everyone arriving was identified and assembled, waivered, videoed and harnessed so we could climb without a hitch.
You now have a number of new families who will be bringing their kids there.

Def enjoyed the rock gym and the routes a lot more this past year. I think it has to do with myself getting better and understanding it, but Kody always sets up something crazy and cool. Staff is always friendly and in a positive mood no matter what and actually act like they want to be there and take their job seriously. Always looking forward to my next adventure to my next adventure at AZR!

Hi there... You wouldn't know me from anyone else walking through your door...but, I would just like to make you aware of the actions of some of your staff! I came to AZ to visit my sister a few months ago...got a little bored...looked you all up. I was very impressed with the quality of not only your gym but of your staff as well. I was a few thousand miles from home and your staff made me feel like I was one of your "regulars". It was very much appreciated. I climbed for a few hours...got to talk with some of your staff as well as some other climbers. I left after an extremely enjoyable time! I would just like to THANK YOU very much for such a wonderful experience! I have since talked with many people about how AWESOME you all are but since we live in Michigan it's a little hard to commute. Anyway just thought you might want to know that you people are doing a lot of things right!!! Thanks again. By the way we are ice climbing right now not much exposed rock here till spring...
